There’s no better feeling than cozying up for a Cwtch. Inspired by the Welsh word for cuddle, our Cwtch Double Heart Drop Pendant is set in sterling silver, adorned with 9ct rose gold containing rare Welsh gold. Featuring two hearts locked in an embrace of their own, it’s available on a 22” trace chain that can also be worn at 20” and 18”.

1st Class Delivery applies to all non bulky items and is charged at £5.99. Postage for bulky items, (e.g. Tea Pots), is charged at £7.50.

First Class items are posted using Royal Mail or Parcel Force and will need to be signed for. A Special Delivery option is also available, (prices quoted at checkout).

If your order is placed before 3pm, it will be dispatched the same day. For UK deliveries, first class mail is usually delivered between 1 to 2 working days.

Order Cancellations and Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Because of hygiene and public health reasons you cannot return your order for any jewellery which passes through the skin (such as earrings for pierced ears). Once we have dispatched these types of products to you, you cannot return them.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We cannot be beaten on price. If you find the same item cheaper elsewhere, either online or in a store let us know and we will match or beat it.
