1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Taking or receipt of an order shall not constitute acceptance.

2. Shipment & Delivery

All orders will be dispatched as quickly as reasonably possible. Time shall not be of the essence.

Title to the goods shall not pass until payment has been made in full. Should a cheque or credit card or paypal payment or any other method of payment be refused or returned the goods shall remain the property of Guest & Philips.

4. Postage & Insurance

Risk shall pass on postage of the goods by Guest & Philips. Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser via The Post Office Special Delivery system if this method of postage is chosen, credit card or other insurance policy effected by the purchaser.

5. Jurisdiction

Any contract or dispute between the vendor and purchaser shall be governed by the Law of England, and conducted in the English Courts.
